In-house design & fabrication

In-house product design has been developed over 30 years from a wealth of industry experience to produce commercial entrance door products that are better designed, better made and better fitted.

Our in-house fabrication facility is capable of handling all Commercial Entrance Door & Shopfront repairs and upgrades from any manufacturer, including fabrication of replacement materials, sourcing of hard to buy parts and the fabrication of complete replacement doors and screens by well trained fabrication engineers, often at short notice.

For structural design, we carry out our own in-house calculations using basic principles and our extensive experience. We can also provide fully certified SER calculations by an approved structural engineer where required.

We have an extensive network of suppliers for the most commonly used original and alternative replacement parts and we keep many commonly used consumable parts in stock and in our fully fitted vehicles.

Our quality system is documented to maximize customer service and minimize cost using up to date job management software, modern fabrication techniques and daily and weekly Operations meetings, all to create an efficient communication culture that is monitored and reviewed for ongoing improvement.
