We prioritise reactive repairs daily, including 24/7 emergency callouts, to provide a ‘first time fix’ where possible, and security or access where more significant work is required. This ensures that disruption to daily site activity and the frustration of ‘downtime’ is kept to a minimum. Quotations for remedial works are submitted on the next working day, depending on the complexity and priority of the work.

  We have an extensive network of suppliers for the most commonly used original and alternative replacement parts and we keep many commonly used consumable parts in stock and in our fully fitted vehicles.

  Where required, a site meeting with the appointed job manager is held to review the contract, confirm the assets, to determine site restrictions and hazards, and plan dates for the visits. Visits and contract renewals are scheduled into our job management software for easy and reliable administration.

  Our in-house fabrication facility is capable of handling all Commercial Entrance Door & Shopfront repairs and upgrades from any manufacturer, including fabrication of replacement materials, sourcing of hard to buy parts and the fabrication of complete replacement doors and screens by well trained fabrication engineers, often at short notice.

  Our family of long serving and motivated site engineers provide a reliable service delivery of confidence, accurate fault diagnosis and attention to detail.

  We always look out for ways to reduce cost on any job without compromising on quality and often we repair or modify when others would simply replace. This approach is only successful with an extensive network of suppliers and well trained and resourced engineers and technical staff.
